Privacy Policy

AgriSensor ("we", "us") provides AI software that helps irrigated farms interpret soil-sensor and weather data. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through agrisensor.site and through our early-access platform. For any privacy question, contact olu@agrisensor.site.

Information you give us. When you submit the early-access or contact form, we collect your name, email address, company or farm name, company size, use case or topic, and anything you include in your message.

Platform data (early-access customers). If you use the AgriSensor platform, we process the farm and device data you connect, such as sensor readings, block and crop information, irrigation records, and the user account details of people you invite.

Technical information. Our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically log basic request data, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability. This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.

• To respond to enquiries and early-access requests.
• To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the AgriSensor platform for customers.
• To generate forecasts, recommendations, and reports from farm data you connect.
• To send service messages, such as alerts you configure, and replies to your requests.
• To meet legal obligations and to protect our rights and users.

Farm and sensor data belongs to the customer who provides it. We use it to deliver the service to that customer. We may use de-identified, aggregated data to improve our models. We do not sell farm data or personal information. Specific terms for platform customers are set out in their customer agreement.

We use service providers to operate our website and platform, including Amazon Web Services for cloud hosting, storage, processing, and email delivery. These providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect safety or rights, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

We keep enquiry and early-access submissions for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a customer. Platform data is kept for the duration of the customer relationship and deleted or returned at the end of it, subject to legal requirements.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and separate data for each customer to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email olu@agrisensor.site. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
